We currently ship all over India. For international shipping, please contact us at support@crunchybuy.com before placing your order.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen logistics delays.

💸 Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on orders above ₹499
Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping fee of ₹49
Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹30 COD fee (if available in your area)

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order directly on our website under “My Orders”.

📦 Packaging

All products are packed safely and securely to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details.
