You can request a return if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

We allow exchanges in the following cases:

Once the returned item passes quality check:

Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3β5 working days.

COD orders: Refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We offer free return pickup in most locations.

In case pickup is unavailable, we may ask you to self-ship the item.

Self-shipping charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer unless it was a mistake on our end.
