You can request a return if:

Once the returned item passes quality check:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

  • COD orders: Refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Pickup & Charges

  • We offer free return pickup in most locations.

  • In case pickup is unavailable, we may ask you to self-ship the item.

  • Self-shipping charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer unless it was a mistake on our end.
